Judge access

Judges can work with the system without signing up — you just send them a special link. The link opens the judging panel straight in the browser of a phone or tablet.

How to create the links

1. Go to Admin panel → Controllers.
2. Scroll down to the “⚖️ Judge access” block.
3. Click the “Create tokens” button.
4. The system automatically creates a link for each tatami plus one combined multi-link.

Two kinds of links

Multi-link — all tatami

A single link shows every tatami of the tournament as tabs. It suits the head judge or the secretary who needs an overview of the whole event. Switching a tab automatically loads the judging panel of that tatami.

Single-tatami link

Opens the judging panel for one specific tatami only. It is convenient to give each judge their own link — they see only their own area.

Regenerating the links

If the links have been compromised or the panel of judges changes, click “🔄 Regenerate tokens”. The old links stop working instantly and the new ones appear in the same block.

What the judge sees

Following the link takes the judge to the judging panel with no sign-up and no login. Available there:

• The bout queue and the current bout
• The bout timer
• Scoring buttons (WKF or custom — depending on the tournament type)
• Announcing the winner and resetting the bout
